Sunnyside's Wedding Gift to You:  4-Day and 7-Day Wedding Package reservations for June 10 through September 8 include an additional day/evening function for 20 additional visitors on the date of your rehearsal dinner at no extra charge when advance arrangements are made at time of booking. Celebrate and enjoy!

A $750 security deposit is required and will be refunded if the property is left in satisfactory condition. Refund is subject to General Guidelines and Policies published on this website and other stated terms and conditions related to your specific wedding/reception ceremony.

A non-refundable deposit of $3,400 for 4-Day or $4,500 for 7-Day package plus 50% of additional charges for selected options is required within 14 days of your booking to confirm dates and exclusive use of the property and beach. The estimated remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. The number of guests attending your gathering must be guaranteed and selected options must be finalized with final payment 30 days prior to your arrival. These deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Outdoor functions must conclude by 9PM unless other arrangements have been made at time of booking. Reservations for 4-Day and 7-Day packages on this page and for 1-Day weddings/receptions offered in Reunions and Outings are accepted throughout the year.
