The Great Escape is from Sunday to Sunday with 4PM check-in. The
Weekend Getaway is Thursday to Sunday with 12PM noon check-in.

The Captain’s Choice includes exclusive use of Sunnyside's 20 acre property and
private sandy beach and all on-site amenities for 10. Day visitors and overnight
guests, moorings, and other options may be possible at an additional fee with
advance notification at time of booking.
# The Crew's Mutiny includes the same
exclusive use and features as outlined above but provides access to fewer
on-site amenities and is for groups of 6 or smaller. This package is offered for
select weeks and weekends between May 20 and September 30. Day visitors and
overnight guests, moorings, and other options may be possible at an additional
fee with advance notice at time of booking.

Off-Season Foursome rates are for 4, although additional overnight guests
and other options may be possible at an additional fee. These rates do not
guarantee exclusive use of Sunnyside property and beach and do not apply during time periods when Seasonal Specials are
in effect. These offer a variety of favorable pricing and seasonal extras not
otherwise available.

A 50% deposit is required
within 14 days of your booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. In the
event that written cancellation notice reaches us within the 60 day period prior to your planned
arrival date, refunds are subject to a $75 service charge and our success in re-renting the entire reservation period for the
equivalent package.
A security deposit of $500 is required and will be refunded if the property
is left in satisfactory condition. Refund is subject to General Guidelines & Policies
published on this website. Please call for further information on options, rates, and
availability.
All other policies outlined in General Guidelines & Policies apply.
