We accept personal checks only for the initial deposit when reservations
are made at least 90 days prior to arrival. All other deposits and payments may be made by bank/treasurers/cashiers check, money order,
bank certified check, or business check. We do
not accept third-party checks or credit/debit cards.
A security deposit applies to all functions and offerings. This will be
refunded within 30 days following your departure subject to these guidelines
and policies, stated terms and conditions applicable to your specific visit,
and if the property is left in satisfactory condition. Please note that a minimum charge of
$250 may be deducted from the security deposit when the "no pets on premises" and/or "no indoor smoking" policies
are disregarded by members in your group and your visitors or when beach
bonfires occur in other than the stoned-up firepit designated for this
purpose.
Rates may be subject to an additional 7% sales tax which is not reflected
in rates published on this site.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
No refunds for early departures.
Changes to an alternate date within the same year will be accommodated
subject to availability and $75 service charge when we receive written
confirmation of the change prior to 60 days before your arrival. The service
charge is due with your written confirmation and is non-refundable.
